My Approach

Having gone through major life changes myself, I understand, and can relate to carrying around a bag of emotions. I wish I had my own coach during those dark times to help me dissect everything I was feeling and experiencing!

Coaching with me, you and I will unpack your emotions with honest and open communication. I will challenge you when you feel stuck and your desire to return to what’s safe and easy arises.

It’s normal to want to stay in your comfort zone. But are you living your best life if you’re playing it safe? If you answered “NO,” let’s work together and address what’s holding you back!

I don’t believe in quick fixes. Nor do I  believe you need to be coached forever. My goal is to provide you the tools and techniques, so you are able to coach yourself through any adversity you face in the future.

My Framework Process

Coaching is Discovery Focused and you are the expert of your own life, and I will never advise you to say or do anything that does not feel true to who you are. When you work with me, you’re in a safe and supportive space, completely free of judgment.

You will have my full, undivided attention, and feel secure to open up, learn and grow. Together we will unwrap your strengths and gifts and create an action plan so you can move forward and live your best life courageously, passionately and whole!

RESILIENCY

It’s natural during times of stress and adversity to feel flustered and overwhelmed. My goal is to help you see past the problems and better adapt to any potential obstacles. We will harness and illuminate the coping skills that have worked for you in the past. You will adopt skills to support your resilience, so you can thrive and bounce forward in a positive manner. By working through past trauma and trigger stressors, you’ll begin to recognize your inner strength, a.k.a. resilience, that will help you rebound from setbacks or challenges. 

EMPOWERMENT

Defined as the process of becoming stronger and more confident, and having more control over your own life. My goal as your empowerment life coach is to show you how your thoughts, actions and feelings might be getting in your way. I will provide guidance on how to be gentler and kinder with yourself and to give yourself permission to reclaim your life. Through this process, we’ll uncover your brilliance, so you feel empowered to take on any challenge confidently!  

MINDFULNESS

Mindfulness is about living life with intention and being fully present and engaged. There are distractions all around us, now more than ever, that can affect our calmness, effectiveness, focus, sleep and so much more. The practice of mindfulness helps cultivate a clearer mind, self-reflection and deeper self-awareness, so you can be fully present and aware, free of distraction and judgment. Working with me, we’ll focus on quieting your inner dialogue and creating space between you and your thoughts. What you’ll uncover is, that mindfulness improves your every day experiences, your ability to be present and empathetic and mindful!

MINDSET

If you’ve ever heard the expression, “You are what you think,” you know the power of your thoughts. Your mindset is the key to how you think and feel. It influences your behavior and shapes your beliefs. Part of my process is to help you replace the thoughts that are no longer serving you, and replace them with new ones and identify the self-limiting beliefs that are holding you back from reaching your potential. Through positive affirmations, practicing gratitude and reframing your thoughts, you’ll be able embrace challenges, and live as your authentic self.

AUTHENTICITY

During our lifetime, we create different versions of ourselves for different relationships and situations. If you’re putting your own needs aside, tired of “people pleasing,” or feeling stuck, it’s time to remove the mask and step into your authentic self. I will help you rediscover your core values and reacquaint you, with your voice and power. This starts with assessing roadblocks or patterns that are preventing you from living authentically and than guiding you to develop your own self-knowledge and take ownership of yourself so you can live authentically and with a greater degree of presence.
